In the Dynacraft universe, answers are never too far away!

Good question. Really, we’ve been around for over thirty years distributing quality bikes you already know and possibly already use, like Magna, Sonoma, Next, etc. We also create products with the hottest licenses, including Barbie, Hot Wheels, Hello Kitty, and Spider-Man to name a few.

Dynacraft is a leading importer and distributor of electric ride-ons and bicycles for the whole family. Our corporate office is based in American Canyon, California.

Luckily, Dynacraft products can easily be found on this planet. We sell in a variety of stores, including Academy Sports, Fred Meyer, Target, Toys R Us, Wal-Mart and many more. To find a specific product, check out our online catalog and click the “Where To Buy” button.

It’s easy to register your new ride! Simply mail in the completed Product Registration form that came with your new ride (it can be found in the Owner’s Manual packet), or complete the form online. Click the Register Your Ride link found on our home page footer and on each Product Detail page and fill out the form!

Every Dynacraft bike and scooter comes with a lifetime warranty on the frame and fork, while all other components come with a limited two-year warranty. For more detailed information, refer to the warranty card included in your product’s owner’s manual.

Our electric ride-ons are warranted to the original purchaser to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days. No other express or implied warranty is given. For more detailed information, refer to the warranty card included in your product’s owner’s manual or call our Customer Service hotline.

Sometimes even our most exciting and out-of-this-world products can get a little worn down. Unfortunately, we don’t offer any repair services for bikes or electric ride-ons. We recommend taking your Dynacraft bike to a local bike shop to have a professional technician do the work.

Depending on which awesome Dynacraft product you have, you will need to look in different places. For bikes, the model number and production date can be found on a sticker attached to the frame above the left pedal. The serial number is stamped on the bottom of the pedal crank housing. You may need to turn the bike over to find this.

If you’ve got a super cool folding scooter, the serial number can be found on the stem, while the model number and production date can be found under the deck.

For those of you with a brand new electric ride-on, you can locate the model number, production date and serial number all in one place – printed on the bottom of the frame. It may be helpful to turn the item upside down to find this information more easily.

The correct pressure is printed on the sidewall of the tires. Normally, the tire pressure should be between 30 and 50 psi (pounds per square inch).
