A: Every Dynacraft bike comes with a lifetime warranty on frame and forks while all other components come with a two-year warranty. The D-Drive bike carries a lifetime warranty on the D-Drive system. A: We recommend taking your Dynacraft bike to a local bike shop and have a professional bike technician do the work. Dynacraft does not offer repair services for its bikes nor does it have any bike shops affiliated with it.

A: The correct pressure is printed on the sidewall of the tires. Normally tire pressure should be between 30 and 50 psi (pounds per square inch). If you don't have a pressure gage, squeeze the tire with your hand. The tire should be firm, but not rock hard.

A: The model number and production date can be found on a sticker attached to the frame above the left pedal. All of our model numbers start with the numbers '85'. The serial number is stamped on the bottom of the pedal crank housing. That's the part of the bike frame that encloses the pedal crank assembly. You will need to turn the bike upside down to find this.
